What to include

Write from the email address used for the purchase and tell us the approximate purchase date. If you already have an order number, you can include it too.

What to keep out of the email

Please don't send your status-page link, private game link, card details or passwords. We don't need them to find your case.

Your status page

Your status page shows how preparation is going. It is also where you choose between face options when your tier includes a choice, open the finished game, and manage its play link. Keep the page bookmarked: there is no way to resend a lost status-page link. If you do lose it, we still email the address you gave when there is a face to choose and when the game is ready.

Payment and the checkout return page

The page you return to after checkout cannot prove payment succeeded by itself. Your status page updates when the payment provider confirms it. If you paid but the status page still says payment is outstanding, contact support before trying to pay again.

Waiting for your game

There is no fixed preparation time. Follow the current stage on your status page. When the game is ready, we email the private play link to the address you gave; check your spam folder if needed.

Your private play link

The finished game opens in a browser and needs no app. Anyone with a valid private link can open it. You can replace or revoke the play link from your status page; the manage link in the email telling you the game is ready works for 90 days.

Replacing or revoking a link

Replacing a play link stops the old one and creates a new one. Revoking it stops future access through that link. Neither action can take back content that someone already loaded, downloaded or captured in a screenshot.

Character photos and generated faces

Use one clear, front-facing, well-lit photo per person, with exactly one face in each. JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB are supported; the shorter side must be at least 256 pixels. Generated characters are stylized interpretations, not portrait reproductions. Only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in your game — never of celebrities, public figures or anyone under 18.

Likeness removal requests

If your likeness or voice appears in a CoupleLore game without your agreement, email support@couplelore.com with the subject "Likeness removal request". Tell us what you can about the game and how you came across it; you don't need to send identity documents. A person reviews every request, and we remove or disable the content where the request is justified. Some purchase and payment records are kept separately for payment, tax or legal reasons, as our Privacy Policy explains.

When something goes wrong

If we couldn't finish preparing your game, your status page will say so. Email support@couplelore.com from the address you bought the game with and tell us roughly when you bought it.

If a generated face has a serious likeness problem, write to support and a person can review the case.
